Mark is very customer focused and will go the extra mile, even correcting work left previously by bodgers. Our decision to ask Mark at Staffordshire Windows came from friends recommendation. Having met and discussed our plans with Mark we did not feel the need to ask for any other quotes. It felt a bold move to change our house from traditional leade dark wooden windows to cream with Rosewood door, however Mark was so helpful and confindent that it would look lovely with indeed it does. The work is absolute craftsmanship. Everything is beautifully fitted with no mess or debris to clear away. When my husband went for a drink with the neighbours all the talk was of our windows and doors and Mark's incredible skill. This is not the usual talk of blokes inthe pub!! We are just delighteed and warmer; it has transformed our house.
