I am Mark, I have been in the window industry all of my working life, I set up Staffordshire Windows in 1994 & to date i have undertaken thousands of quality home improvements.
I wouldn’t expect you to take my word for it, that’s why I recommend that you allow me to take you to see some of my work that is local to you & speak direct to very satisfied clients.
How we work
Once we have provided you with a quote we make it our policy not to bother you until we hear from you. On acceptance of our quotation, we will return to make final measurement checks & then you can leave the rest to us.
Full payment is on completion
We are FENSA registered, on completion of the installation, you get a FENSA certificate approving the work undertaken is of high quality & meets all building regulations. These arrangements will be made on your behalf before any work is undertaken & is included in your quotation.
- We do not offer special discount prices at certain times of the year like other companies who are obviously cutting corners.
- We provide quality products at discount prices all-year round backed up by superior workmanship.
- We pride ourselves on giving all our clients a personal service that allows them to speak with me direct at any time.
- No sales gimmicks or office workers that have no idea of the work undertaken, just a hard working craftsman earning an honest living.
In exchange, all we ask is when you are completely satisfied with your new installation you take our card & recommend us to your family & friends.
